Keens Park Rangers FC Appoint Luke Simmonds as First Team Manager
Keens Park Rangers FC are delighted to announce the appointment of Luke Simmonds as First Team Manager ahead of the 2025/26 season.
Luke is a well-known figure at the club, having made 140 appearances and scored 19 goals during his time as a player. He captained the side during both of our league-winning seasons, playing a key role in one of the most successful periods in the club’s history. Over the years, he’s become a respected leader off the pitch, through his contributions to training, recruitment, and player development.
Speaking on his new role, Luke said:
“I’m excited to get started and see what we can achieve together. There’s a real opportunity for growth throughout the club, especially considering the talent we have within the reserves. I’m focused on helping players develop both individually and as a team. Change is coming, and I believe we’re in a great position to push forward. I’m passionate about coaching and really looking forward to building on what we’ve already achieved.”
Luke brings with him valuable coaching experience from his time with Guildford City U18s and has long been a key figure within the First Team setup at KPR. His leadership, both on and off the field, has been instrumental in building the strong foundations we’re now looking to build upon.
Chairman Paul Crouch added:
“Luke’s appointment marks a new chapter for KPR. He understands the club, knows the players, and shares our values around development and progression. We’re excited to see where he can take us.”
With pre-season plans already in motion, we look forward to seeing Luke lead the team into the new campaign with renewed ambition and a clear focus on development.
